I am an event management professional and a graduate of the University of Southern California, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with magna cum laude honors, as well as a minor in Sports Media Studies and an emphasis in Marketing. In terms of what got me to this point in my life, I grew up in small-town Connecticut, where I played soccer and fostered a love for New England sports teams while spending my summers at outdoor country music shows. These combined passions have led me to where I am now, pursuing a career that allows me to incorporate what I enjoy into what I do every day. After time spent in Sports Information at both UConn and USC as well as internships in the NBA D-League and at ESPN, I most recently worked as the Manager of Operations & Events for the Academy of Country Music, largely focusing on the annual ACM Awards and corresponding Party for a Cause fan events. In response to the stereotypical "dream job" question, I would love to someday work in event management for a large-scale sports stadium, overseeing special events relating to both the team that plays there on a regular basis and the various musicians who perform in the venue. For now, I am enjoying the ride I'm on!
