We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Executive to support the senior team and work directly with clients on multi-faceted PR projects and communications strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Press material and asset management

  • Account administration and day-to-day client relations

  • Project research and media tracking

  • Drafting press releases and executive bios

  • Supporting senior staff with scheduling, internal operations

  • Drafting and executing media pitches

  • Leading account logistics including booking/scheduling and providing media itineraries, briefing documents, travel schedules

  • Onsite support at events, festivals, and media junkets

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Cision, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Constant Contact

  • Understanding of various social media platforms

  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership

  • Ability to work well within a team proactively and with a good attitude

  • A professional, pleasant and friendly demeanor

  • Ability to handle administrative tasks quickly, proactively, and with an extremely high degree of accuracy

  • Good judgment, particularly with respect to confidential matters

  • Capability to manage interns and onboard new employees

  • Ideally will have media relationships in music and entertainment and be able to develop new ones.

  • Understanding of the entertainment media landscape and pop culture moments

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years PR experience in the entertainment, music and/or lifestyle industries

  • Experience working with high profile executives and organizations

  • Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in a fast-paced agency environment or entertainment company

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects

  • Able to develop strong relationships with top-tier national and regional reporters and influencers in music, pop culture and entertainment

  • Capable of forging relationships that will aid in perspective new business opportunities

  • On-site media management experience at events or festivals

Candidate must be available to work out of our Studio City, CA office full time and flexible as needed.
