The Media & Sponsorship division (Integrated Marketing) is looking for a B2B Marketing Director. The ideal B2B Marketing Director will have a strong and collaborative approach to B2B/Industry Marketing, is disciplined and consultative, and has a unique ability to navigate through even the most complex environments to win over senior-level decision makers. This role will be responsible for sharing the Live Nation story, platform, and product offerings to the industry, playing an integral role in elevating brand reputation.
Create and execute annual and quarterly B2B Marketing plans on behalf of the division to build client retention and foster industry reputation
Think strategically and contribute to new ideas and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to identify key business needs and opportunities
Create high-impact, go to market strategy to support our sales process by developing marketing collateral and industry presentations
Work closely with Fan Insights and Creative teams to translate research into go to market strategy/materials (storytelling)
Create marketing plan for all research platforms
Support industry and Owned & Operated events
Monitor and manage lead generation activities (industry and owned events, division website, paid media content) in collaboration with Sales, PR & Research
Provide management team with reporting on marketing results
8-10 years of experience as a seasoned marketer in music, media, brand marketing or sales driven environment; Agency and client-side experience preferred
Insights driven, innovative and deep understanding of a wide variety of audiences (from brands to agencies to media)
Strong communicator, able to work directly and frequently with numerous teams to execute tactics
Champions breakthrough ideas and initiatives - - Powerful storyteller
Excellent strategic, analytical, creative and leadership skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter
Entrepreneurial in approach and comfortable in a “startup” environment
Strong knowledge base of brand marketing and advertisers, in both live experiences and the digital space
Strong people and project management skills that translate into excellence in execution, aligning key stakeholders, collaboration with cross-functional partners
Highly organized, detailed oriented with the ability to swiftly manage timelines, teams, executive management and budgets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA degree required preferably in Marketing
