With offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Miami, London, and Berlin, Concord has a diverse and vibrant roster of active recording artists, composers, and songwriters, and a vast and historic catalog of works by some of the most treasured names in music history.

As the YouTube Channel Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and growth optimization for Concord’s roster of label and artist YouTube Channels.  This position will report to the Director of Online Monetization in Rights Data Management and will primarily interact with the Music Publishing, Repertoire Management and A&R Administration teams as well as outside third-party publishers.

The position will be based in the Concord's Nashville office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel subscriber acquisition efforts

  • Participate in playlist curation

  • Liaise with Concord’s video content team to upload videos as needed

  • Focus on best practices for titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnail creation

  • Work with design teams to secure channel related artwork

  • Export and organize YouTube analytics data for artist insight report

  • Monitor monetization settings in YouTube’s Content Management System

  • Oversee comment review approval and responses

  • Generate analytical reports and provide insights as needed with regards to company performance and monetization

  • Assist in rights management research and asset claiming as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Music Business, or related major

  • 1+ year experience directly managing music based YouTube Channel(s) or some combination of internships

  • Knowledge of best practices for YouTube asset management

  • Basic photo/video editing experience

  • Candidates must have experience using Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive on a small team in a fast paced environment

  • Passionate about a wide-range of music and technology/digital trends

  • Music publishing experience/understanding is a strong plus
