Consider markets w/ strong HeadCount leadership and potential un-tapped music venue residency potential (for example, The Apollo Theatre). Work with local HeadCount leadership, current (or recruit) field interns to ensure consistent staffing. Create a regular HeadCount presence in venues that attract diverse audiences nationwide through the election.
With the support of HeadCount’s artist relations team, our venue residencies and community events, work with HeadCount’s nationwide leadership to ensure 3-5 events that attract diverse audiences are staffed in each of 6 regions every month.
