Job Title: Executive Assistant &, Communications Coordinator

A little bit about our team:

Warner Music Group’s Communications and Marketing team is responsible for the company’s internal and external brand and reputation. We manage press inquiries, write announcements, prep executives for speeches, manage the company’s social media accounts, host events, create advertising, and much more. We are a small but mighty team

You’ll get to:

  • Assist with speaking engagement preparation
  • Organize department drive and files
  • Create clip books and binders
  • Fact check releases and briefing materials
  • Regularly update executive biographies
  • Maintain corporate communications memo and press release databases
  • Maintain award season calendar and updates
  • Organize executive headshots
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and book conference rooms
  • Organize department drive and files
  • Process expenses and bills
  • Assist with organization and coordination of company events, conferences, meetings.
  • Assist with event invitations solicitations, advanced and onsite registration and post-event follow-up and evaluations
  • Assist with researching available venues and recommend event sites; investigates, selects , negotiates and manages services with vendors including catering and event support
  • Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts, and complies summaries of total event costs, cost-per-contract, audience profiles and attendees’ comments.
  • Other administrative duties

You’ll be the fit for this role if:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Adept at social media
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in an administrative role
  • Bachelor’s Degree
