Marbaloo Marketing's Interactive & Partnerships team is hiring an Interactive Coordinator to support their efforts on digital stunts and needle moving collaborations with celebrity talent, apps & brands. This team member will support them through the ideation process with the Creative department, facilitating narrative requirements with the Publicity department, and by providing general marketing campaign support. This role coordinates for both clients & internal team members. In this role you must be:
Highly organized both in physical file format and digital filing systems
(such as Google Drive, DropBox, etc.)
Able to consistently remind team members of deadlines, circulate updates and flag accomplishments with ease, both internally and client facing via emails and phone calls
Not overwhelmed by a high volume of requests or email correspondence and able to prioritize tasks according to supervisor directives
Able to write copy for blog posts, articles, news items and social platforms
Able to publish to websites, fan clubs and social media platforms
Familiar with social media advertising and email marketing practices
Able to update project timelines, schedules and documents as directed with high attention to detail
Able to create project wraps and send weekly status reports and campaign highlights internally and externally
Able to create proposals, pitches and idea documents in Google Docs, Sheets, Keynote, etc.
Able to analyze websites and social media platform practices for deficiencies, provide optimization recommendations and facilitate recommendations as requested
An excellent notetaker with the ability to facilitate action steps with team members after meetings within a set deadline
A voracious article reader: Constantly researching a plethora of topics with timeliness and thoroughness
Able to assist in calendar scheduling, creating expense reports, booking travel and drafting itineraries
A team player: Willing to wear lots of hats, work across a variety of projects with varying roles and have a positive attitude toward work and those you work with
Ahead of the curve: Always monitoring and staying ahead of industry trends
A minimum of two years full time marketing/interactive experience
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proficiency on the following softwares preferred but not required: Google Office, Slack, Basecamp, MailChimp, My Emma and Adobe
Positive attitude and team player
Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of entertainment & tech industries and social media
Ability to independently handle multiple tasks on deadline in fast-paced environment
Strategic and creative thinker
