Job Description

The Media Buyer will be responsible for assisting the Growth Marketing Manager focused on Paid Social. While training to be an expert across Paid Social platforms, you'll be a champion of discovering and building custom audience segments that allow TIDAL to expand its activities in new and existing markets. You will also be responsible for operating A/B tests on copy and creative that help achieve new levels of efficiency and growth.


  • Monitor Paid Social campaign performance. interpret data, and implement meaningful optimizations

  • Coordinate with creative teams on making assets for various campaigns

  • Work with account managers at social channels to implement best practices with the Growth Marketing Manager

Experience & skills that you need:

  • BA/BS

  • 1-2 years of paid social acquisition experience with a passion for learning the intricacies of the channel and a keen eye for detail

  • Excited about data with a mentality for testing and commitment to identifying avenues for growth

  • Demonstrated project management, negotiations and problem solving skills 

  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change-oriented environment

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • A keen understanding of digital media KPIs and attribution

  • Experience at a mobile app company or startup is preferred
