  • Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with established and emerging artists and identify collaboration opportunities

  • Promote, create, and produce original music for the product through the collaboration with the music artists and music communities

  • Observe, follow and predict the trends in the music industry, and work closely with the Music Licensing team for content acquisitions

  • Oversee in-app music operation including music database management, recommendations, and playlist curation for users

  • Work closely with the Content team to coordinate music content campaigns and initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years experience in a music-related position with the successful track record

  • Comprehensive understanding of the music industry, with a focus on trending genres and artists

  • Familiarity with a wide range of music and different types of audience groups

  • Superior relationship building skills and established connections with artist networks necessary to encourage the growth of the product’s music portfolio

  • Understanding of the creative process of music creation from composition to production

  • Experience with managing music campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion

  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions

  • Basic knowledge of music licensing
