The Role

CAA is seeking an assistant to support an Executive in our Music Tour Marketing department who is quick thinking, motivated and knowledgeable in marketing. This individual should be highly organized, motivated, and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including phones, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, special projects and personal assistance as needed

  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

  • Collection of marketing plans and assets

  • Conducting research

  • Acting as the liaison between clients, agents, and promoters

Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College

  • Marketing, Communications or related fields of study preferred

  • 1-2 years of prior assistant experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Strong interpersonal skills while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality

  • Experience with contracts and creative research skills

  • Comfortable interfacing with senior level management and clients
