This position will supports the design and visual communication needs of CCMG while serving our writers, artists, and partners with best-in-class content that maximizes sales and engagement with our songs and products.
Support the creative development of BBMP product suite cover design and visual content, producing elements for ancillary product in each suite.
Maintain regular communication with CCMG creative services team and providing production design support and creative input as needed.
Work with BBMP and Worship Together marketing teams to coordinate and/or produce any design assets needed to execute marketing plans and campaigns.
Manage design of boxes, newsletters and create all needed assets, inserts, etc. for BBMP Choral Clubs.
Create marketing assets (banner ads, social graphics, etc.) and sales one-sheets for all BBMP product suites/releases.
Produce song/album promotion graphics and assets for WorshipTogether.com and external partners and retailers.
Creation of both print and digital marketing collateral for events, mailings and seasonal promotions for all church resources brands.
Regularly refresh e-mail marketing and social promotion templates for BBMP, Worship Together and WT Kids [All Access].
Coordinate the design and creation of assets for Worship Together events.
Design and assemble Worship Together Kids [All Access] e-mails in cooperation with Resource Development Specialist and Igniter Media marketing team.
Produce compelling and communicative reports for internal business review and external partner communication as requested.
Design landing pages and interactive PDFs for gated content campaigns for all church resources brands.
Complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
Well-rounded knowledge of graphic design
Experience in print design
Ability to think creatively, conceptually, and strategically
Thorough and detail-oriented
Excellent organization and time management skills
Initiative to carry out a range of projects with limited supervision
Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
Working knowledge of MAC OSX programs and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
HTML, CSS and basic web design skills are a plus
Photography skills are welcomed, but not required
Typography skills are welcomed, but not required
