Why this could be your next big break:

This individual is responsible for assisting in maximizing the exposure of WMG’s vast repertoire of catalogue artists in the digital and physical space!

Here you’ll get to:

  • Assist in building and executing marketing plans for catalogue artist projects and marketing initiatives

  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to secure support and/or approval for Artist Releases and marketing initiatives

  • Build, book and execute social media campaigns and reporting on results and analytics.  Includes regular use of scheduling platforms (Facebook Business Manager & Sprout Social), strategizing growth and engagement, and reporting on reach and analytics

  • Coordinates release notifications, sell sheets, and overall scheduling for new physical releases

  • Assist with quarterly budgeting decisions and ensuring all purchase orders are spent and are logged

  • Collaborates, creates and circulating marketing assets throughout the company as needed, including Linkfires, artwork, press releases & marketing plans

  • Manage label-agnostic catalogue brand vertical on several social media platforms

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns with an emphasis on social media

  • Be pro-active and forward thinking

  • Be a collaborative team player, able to form good relationships with colleagues (internally and externally)

  • Has a keen passion for, and knowledge of, a wide variety of music

  • A self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

  • Ability to take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives

  • Effective follow up skills

  • Proficient in technology including but not limited to; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Forms

  • A basic understanding of all media platforms

  • Preferred 2-3 Years of experience in the Music Industry
