Job description

Flavorlab is looking for a highly organized, friendly, confident, outgoing person who is a team player with a can do attitude and has a strong desire to be in the B to B entertainment post production industry.

Responsibilities include:

Operations Manager:

  • Open & Close Studios

  • Maintaining look and organization of studios

  • Coordinate the Internship program

Post Production Producer

  • Prep for audio sessions, receive digital materials, print scripts.

  • Oversee and manage Voice Castsby working with clients and agents.

  • Create invoices and enter deals into CRM

  • Archiving Yearly Receipts

  • Learn billing system

Client Relations Customer Service:

  • Schedule Sessions and coordinate with team to execute.

  • Speak with customers on the phone and in person

  • Run Reception and Interact with Clients

  • Provide Client Services

  • Execute Daily Studio Tasks CRM

Business Development

  • Execute Customer Post Job Followup Procedure

  • Maintain and update CRM

  • Create Estimates to bid on jobs

  • Execute customer gift deliveries.

  • Work with Marketing Manager on campaigns.

  • Build relationships with new and existing clients

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience working in the client services industry.

  • 2 years experience in operations

  • Strong desire to learn Audio Post and Music Production in B to B environment

  • Strong desire to learn about customer service and client relations

  • Self-starter; highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work independently

  • Detail oriented with excellent research skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google suites and Protools.

*Prior production experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
$34,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
