Job Summary

The Ticketing Assistant is responsible for administrative support for the Ticketing team.  The primary responsibility is to provide administrative functions day-to-day, including on-sale maintenance, inventory management, working and patron credentials, box office structural coordination, box office staffing, and onsite support as appropriate for C3 events as assigned. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain project files, maintaining a monthly list of events and pricing for each event

  • Efficiently execute event builds for small venues, ie. Stubbs Indoor, with venue ticketing system per C3 event guidelines

  • Plan staffing needs for box offices, scanning and gate operations as directed by the Event Ticketing lead

  • Process and Fulfill ticket requests, internal orders, and other credentials for events as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of all events including pricing, inventory, internal purchases and all other pertinent details

  • Manage ticket request database including the C3 Employee Ticket Resource Center

  • Maintain and provide accurate count information for industry reporting and for all concerts upon request

  • Create weekly customer lists for each concert and send to appropriate contacts

  • Maintain Ticketing Team Calendar and assist with planning for Travel as necessary

  • Act as the Box Office Manager for events as assigned; managing will call/guestlist operations and other issues that may arise

  • Communicate appropriately regarding all event ticketing information with C3 team

  • Support the C3 Ticketing Team in the office daily as appropriate

  • Other duties and events as assigned

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in ticketing, box office, credentials, or similar work environments

  • Knowledge of standard ticketing and festival event procedures and best practices - RFID is a bonus

  • Must be organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented

  • Problem solver and forward thinking

  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and excel under pressure

  • Superior administrative skills, with great attention to details in order to ensure accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with personable and professional disposition

  • Solid computer/database - proficiency in Microsoft applications and Ticketing software  

  • Flexibility in work hours and availability, especially during major projects and events. Some holidays, weekends, and early morning/evening hours will apply

  • Ability and desire to travel as needed
