Growth. Isn’t that what we all want?
We all want more out of our careers - whether that’s more responsibility, more money, or more gigs/clients. All of those things become possible as/when we grow!
I picked this month’s word to be “grow” because this month marks several milestones for me: a year and a half of working full-time for myself... my 29th birthday (the last year of my 20’s!) ... and we’re now halfway through 2018.
The exercises in this workbook can be done all at once or you can pick and choose what you most need right now.
Reflection: Growth can often seem slow when you feel like all you’re doing is working day in and day out, that’s why it’s important to reflect on how far you’ve already come!
Imagine: Where do you want to be a year from now? Defining your vision will only help you get there faster.
Grow... on purpose: Braindumps are always an inspring exercise for me to do when I have a new idea. Grab a pen and just let the ideas flow!
Organize: Having ideas and goals are great, but you can’t grow without organizing your thoughts and actions.
Accomplishments: One way to keep yourself motivated and help you realize that you ARE making progress, is to reflect on your accomplishments!
Consistency: Are there things you do (or could do) on a consistent basis to help you grow or help you track your growth?
